In order to sign up more people in your team, BE GOOD IN LISTENING instead of non-stop talking & hardly convincing. If you keep on talking too much, your prospects will just see it as -

But if you're listening to what
your prospects are saying, you will know what they want & need.
Therefore, you can properly communicate with them & they will see

So I highly suggest to learn as
many info as you can about your prospect/s especially with their current
situations like problems, struggles, fears, frustrations, etc. In that
way, you'll immediately know what to say & what Not to say while
talking to them.
Sa unang pa lang, you can see if that prospect is just a waste of time or not.
